To the citizens of Odesa city

I congratulate you on the occasion of the Day of Odesa City – the real pearl of Ukraine, the Southern Gates of our state, the land full of hot southern sun and salty taste of sea water.
History of the city is rich in complicated, yet bright moments marked with uneasy everyday work, heroic military time and glorious fame that has crossed the borders.
It is pleasant to note that year by year, your city with unique flavor and charm attracts thousands of people that enjoy their stay on this blessed land, glorified in legends.
I am convinced that Odesa will further develop owing to its citizens who think sincerely, act honestly and are devoted to their daily work.
